Dr. Hill to present on ADHD to the Idaho PTA
March 17, 2010
Dr. Hill has been invited to present recent research on ADHD at the Idaho PTA conference on Friday April 16th. Dr. Hill has given similar presentations in the past to the Idaho School Counselors Association and to St. Alphonsus Family Medicine physicians. The PTA presentation will review quite recent research on exercise and ADHD, plus lessons from brain scanning images, which medical and non-medical treatments are truly effective, what forms of assessment are valid, and the myths and facts about school-age medication misuse. If you would like to attend the Idaho PTA conference, more info can be found here. If your professional staff or organization would like to host a similar presentation, please contact the office at 385-0888.
Additionally, Dr. Hill and his colleagues at Jefferson Street Counseling & Consulting regularly offer free community presentations on such topics as Bipolar, Anxiety & Stress, Depression, Parenting, ADHD and Couples/Family Relationships.
